Visa requirements vary from country to country, many of them require a personal appearance as part of the visa application process and almost all of them ask for comprehensive supporting documents. Active Holiday Company provides tour related documentation to help you apply for your visa at no cost however, should you like us to assist you with the application, appointments or documentation check, our service charge for the time invested is Rs.2000 / AED 100 / US$30 per person per visa. Alternately, we can point you to external agencies that specialize in visas services for a charge.
We do not offer Passport services, but can point you to external agencies that offer the service. Our tour prices do not include visa or passport costs.
Since visas are issued at the sole discretion of the relevant authority of the respective countries, cancellation of a confirmed booking subsequent to refusal of a visa for any reason whatsoever will incur applicable cancellation charges.
